✅ Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible:

• Items may be lightly used or opened, but must be in the same condition as received.
• All original packaging and accessories must be included.
• A proof of purchase is required for all returns.

📦 Return Process

1. Initiate Return: Email us at contact@fonkayz.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Approval & Instructions: If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions on how and where to send the package.

❗ Items sent without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

3. Package the Item: Securely pack the product, including all original packaging and any included accessories.
4. Ship It: Drop it off at your nearest shipping carrier location or schedule a pickup.

🔁 Exchanges

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges.

To exchange an item:

• Complete the return process
• Then place a new order for the item you want

🛠️ Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@fonkayz.com so we can evaluate and resolve the issue quickly.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.

• If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
